Order processing can take from 7 to about 10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) before it ships. Transit time varies depending on your chosen carrier and service type at checkout. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Silver Phantom Jewelry, we aim to deliver a great customer experience!

Since the item is made-to-order and crafted by high-skilled artisans, we do not support returns for a credit at this time.

In our continued efforts to deliver a great customer experience, all items carry a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty that extends to the original purchaser. In the event of any defects or breakage on the piece, we will repair or replace it with a design of equal value. This warranty does not cover loss, damages exceeding the cost of the product or damage caused by abuse. Limitations of damage may not apply as restrictions vary depending upon the state of the piece.

EXCHANGES:

Should you ever find your ring to be either too large or too tight due to changes in finger size, simply return it to us. Our program will provide a replacement ring promptly and in your correct adjusted size.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

> Lifetime sizing policy shall only apply to the original registered purchaser and is non-transferable.

> Each ring exchange shall incur a charge of $35.00 USD to cover restocking refurbishing fees and shipping and handling. Upon submitting the request, we will be sending you an invoice via email within 24 hours.

> Every effort shall be made to complete the exchange as quickly as possible; however, the purchaser should allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

>There shall be no limit on the number of exchanges during the program; however, it shall be left to the discretion of Silver Phantom Jewelry to determine cases of misconduct or abuse. Any fraudulent claims or misrepresentation by the purchaser shall immediately void all program rights for said purchaser.

> Silver Phantom Jewelry reserves the right to substitute any ring in the unlikely event that a style is no longer produced. Any substitution shall be of equal or greater value than the original.

> Exchanges containing titanium with materials such as 18K gold or precious stoner shall be in the condition that such materials are intact and of the same condition and quality as originally sold. Silver Phantom Jewelry agrees to reuse the material to rebuild customer ring to proper fit or to replace the entire ring with a new ring of equal value and quantity.

> Silver Phantom Jewelry reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time without notice.

This policy applies to orders which have been fulfilled within the U.S. only. Other charges, restrictions & limitations may apply to international orders.
