At Silver Phantom Jewelry, we aim to deliver a great customer experience!
Any product that is defective can either be replaced or refunded. If for any other reason you are dissatisfied, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Should you ever find your piece to be either too large or too small, simply fill out our returns form to send a request. Once we receive your return, the replacement item will be sent to you.
All products must be returned within 30 calendar days of original purchase date and will be subject to quality control and assessment to confirm its condition.
All items are under a 1-year warranty. This covers any problem with quality. We can either have it repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer’s assessment of the issue.
Silver Phantom Jewelry reserves the right to limit services if for any reason there is a perception of mishandling the product.
This policy applies to orders which have been fulfilled within the U.S. only. Other charges, restrictions & limitations may apply to international orders.
